For 30 years, Bhenoy “Ben” Dembla has served in various roles across industrial and textile original equipment manufacturing, project engineering, financial services, and real estate. Over the course of his career, Bhenoy “B.” Dembla has worked not only in entry-level roles (such as an analyst), but also as a manager and business division head.
Ben Dembla’s expertise also extends to venture capitalism, where he has helped raise money for tech startups, real estate, and manufacturing. As vice president of new business development, marketing, and sales for an online company, he raised funding for the company’s business-to-business platform.
Currently, Mr. Dembla is a retired consultant who guides small companies and startups on fundraising capital and seed money, succession planning, exit strategies, private and equity capital, and brand planning. He also advises clients in the hospitality, entertainment, and real estate industries on buying owner-operated businesses.
Mr. Dembla’s interests include supporting causes such as the Hooved Animal Rescue and Protection Society and the Ben and Emily Dembla Foundation. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and an MBA from the University of Rochester Simon Business School. He currently resides in south Florida.
